Hi there and thank you in advance!
I hired a designer because I just couldn't get it right with color for our interior. She told me to keep the benjamin moore camouflage and that all I needed to do was add "layers". Then she gave me suggestions to spruce up the front of our home. She told me since my home was built in 1963 I could take it in many different directions. I've always liked the beachy or cottage look (but not TOO much of it) as well as traditional. She recomended carriage style garage doors (simple panel design as opposed to X pattern), a new front door with traditional panels and 6 small square windows up top, new hardware, window planter boxes, new lights etc. Anyhow, to get on with color, she recomended coastal fog for the body and either texas leather (AC-3) for the shutters or wythe blue (HC 143), and ivory white for trim and all doors. The problem is hubby doesn'tn like the coastal fog-I painted a large sectional in the back of our house outside. He says it looks too bright and lime-y. I say it's because he is looking at it next to a dark true charcoal with no hint of green. Will it read "green" when all over the body of the house? Second problem is I think I've exhausted my interior designer with questions and believe our session is over, and I don't think I like the wythe blue or the texas leather. The blue is just too baby. Maybe on a craftsman historical home it would look good. And I think the texas leather is too brown for me. What about (for the shutters) duxbury grayHC163, puritan gray HC-164,kentucky haze AC-16, sea pine AC-17, brewster gray HC162? Or should I trust my designer?
Thank you again for your help!

Oh and by the way here is a pick of our interior. Do YOU think the camouflage is OK? I'm still not sure I'm loving it. It looks muddy, but the blues I like (restoration hardware silver sage and pale silver) look too cold in this room.
Drapes are no longer up. She (designer) recomended something with blue in it to tie in with the rug.
Thank you so much and I can't wait to see what you suggest!

It looks muddy in our dining room and entry way. Maybe the dark furniture needs to go!
